- Course Format: Four hours of laboratory per week plus field trips.
- Prerequisites: Biology 1A-1B; Integrative Biology 101 recommended. Must be taken concurrently with PMB120.
- Laboratory designed to accompany 120, Biology of Algae. Laboratories include study of representative types, identification of specimens collected during several field trips, and experiments on development, physiology, and molecular genetics.
